Being in an accident was bad enough. Choosing the right shop was more difficult. After taking to my agent he recommended advanced Auto. At first I decided to go to the dealer. Upon my arrival I was not impressed with the customer service. I was told to leave keys on the counter and they would call me when it was ready. I was eager to tell them all that I felt my car needed attention to. They seemed more interested in my Insurance information only. I then decided to take my agents recommendation and go to Advanced Auto. I was quickly impressed by the professional lobby and the friendly customer service. I was asked to go outside with the estimator and he explained to me exactly what needed to be done to have my car back to the way it was. The final repairs were excellent and I was given a lifetime warranty. I need that since I will be paying for this car for the next 5 years. I highly recommend them and they belong to most insurance approved list. Thank you Guys.
