Extreme Towing

After using Extreme Towing, I checked with BBB and they had 4 complaints about this company. My complaint makes 5. Omar Huerta, owner, of Extreme Towing, refuses to give me a receipt for the $55 towing charge. His driver did not take credit/debit card so I wrote a check made out in Omar's name. That was my first mistake. My second mistake was to trust the driver when he said he'd leave the receipt in my van when he dropped in off at Resler Auto. I need the receipt to get reimbursement from my insurance. I've called Extreme Towing, left messages, talked to someone on the phone who took down my information with a promise the receipt would be put in the mail. When I didn't receive it, I called and spoke with Mr. Huerta who insisted he had mailed my receipt. Extreme Towing is approximately 16 miles one way from my home. I am a widow on SS. With the price of gas and the time it would take to go to Extreme Towing with no guarantee that anyone would be there in the office, I decided to send a a stamped, self-addressed envelope requesting my receipt to no avail. My advice to anyone looking for towing services, DO NOT USE EXTREME TOWING.
