Great service, Honest and caring

Dr. Harwood has been very helpful and takes care of my puppies without issue or problem. She also took care of problems that East El Paso Vet created and denied any cuplability for. Dr. Harwood is very thorough in her explanations and her work is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This place is awesome! The staff and Dr are all wonderful! Dr.Harwood was excellent in explaing everything in details. You can tell she loves her jobs and knows exactly what she is doing. She was VERY friendly! Also the clinic is very clean.

I had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff and the Dr. were very nice and understood how important my dogs are to me. I would recomend this clinic to anyone and will continue to take my dogs here for the great quality of care.
Amazing Pet Care

We live on Fort Bliss, but when our dog had an emergency and the on-post vet service was closed, we called local veterinarians. Dr. Harwood saw us within two hours of my phone call, and even though we had never been there, took the time to explain the procedure even though there were other patients waiting. The surgery was done within three hours of us arriving. The desk staff were very helpful, and her techs were great with our 70 pound dog, comforting her and treating her very gently despite her somewhat intimidating appearance. Dr. Harwood was kind, to the point, and explained everything thoroughly. When we recieved the bill, it was itemized and, in my opinion, very reasonable, especially considering the situation. We are considering making Dr. Harwood our permanent vet during the rest of our assignment to El Paso, despite the availability of an at-cost vet service on post.

I didn't think I'd find another caring vet after Dr. Bridges left but Dr. Harwood is it! She is an expert diagnostician, kind and sympathetic. Every member of her staff is professional and caring as well! I have visited several vet clinics in different parts of town and other cities but have not seen such compassion and professionalism as at Dr. Harwood's. Dr. Harwood, Letty, Megan, Christopher and all the rest of the staff go above and beyond the call of duty for their patients and their owners all the time. My dogs and I are their biggest fans!
